Matriarch Command ("we," "us") operates matriarchnurses.com and sells the OB Emergency Command Starter Kit, a digital educational product for labor & delivery nurses. By using this site or purchasing our products you agree to these terms.
Educational use only
Everything we publish and sell is educational preparedness material, not medical advice, and does not create a provider–patient relationship. It does not replace your facility’s policies, provider orders, scope-of-practice regulations, or your own clinical judgment, and it must not be used to make treatment decisions for a specific patient. In any real clinical situation, your institution’s protocols and the care team’s orders govern — always.
Your purchase
The Starter Kit is a one-time purchase that grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the modules, drills, scripts, card decks, and downloads for your own education. You may print materials for your own bedside use. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the materials, or share dashboard access.

Accounts
You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials to the buyer dashboard secure. We may suspend accounts that share access or abuse the service, though we’ll always attempt contact first.

Our content is aligned to publicly available guidance from organizations including ACOG, AWHONN, AIM, and CMQCC. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them. Clinical guidance evolves; we update materials over time but cannot guarantee any piece of content reflects the most current standard at the moment you read it. If you find an error, tell us at ask@matriarchnurses.com and we’ll fix it.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or products is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for clinical outcomes — clinical decisions belong to the care team and institution involved.
