How refunds work
Refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. When a purchase is refunded, access to the buyer dashboard, modules, drills, and downloads ends for that order.
After 14 days
After the 14-day window, sales are final. If something isn’t working right — a technical problem, a broken download, an access issue — write to us anyway; we fix technical problems regardless of when they happen.
The free manual
The OB Emergency Command Manual is free, so there’s nothing to refund — and it’s yours to keep either way.
Questions or disputes
Before disputing a charge with your bank, please email ask@matriarchnurses.com. A refund from us is faster than a dispute, and inside the 14-day window the answer is simply yes. Charges appear on your statement from Matriarch Nurses (matriarchnurses.com).
