What we collect
When you request the free manual or buy the Starter Kit, we collect your name and email address, your answers to optional questions (like which emergency you want to focus on), and, for purchases, the billing details processed by our payment provider. We also collect standard analytics about how the site is used and, where you arrived from an ad, which campaign brought you here (UTM parameters and ad click identifiers).
How we use it
To deliver what you asked for (the manual, your purchase, your dashboard), to send our emails — the welcome series and the weekly Debrief newsletter — and to understand which pages and ads actually help nurses find us. We do not sell your personal information.
Who processes it
We use a small set of service providers to run the business: Kit (email delivery), Stripe (payments — we never see or store your full card number), Supabase (accounts and content), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), Meta and PostHog (advertising and analytics). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
Cookies and tracking
The site uses analytics and advertising pixels (including the Meta Pixel) to measure which content and ads are useful. You can limit ad tracking through your browser settings and through Meta’s ad preferences.
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately. Transactional email (like your purchase receipt or download delivery) is sent as needed.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe at any time, and you can ask us to show you or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing ask@matriarchnurses.com. We’ll respond within 30 days.
Children
Our site and products are for professional adults and are not directed to children under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we’ll update this page and the date above.
